INK Illustration explain how they find inspiration for their drawings for The Wondering Line. INK is a London-based collective founded by Chloe Regan, Rachel Gannon & Fumie Kamijo. This beautiful documentary was directed by M Ahira, and the Listen Collective.


Tenderpixel and Tenderproduct founder, Etan Ilfeld, is interviewed by DHP. Ilfeld explains the 'tender' ethos and gives advice to emerging artists.



Patrick Tresset's Aikon sketches a portrait of its creator. Throughout the show, gallery visitors were invited to have their portraits sketched by Tresset's robots.



Squidsoup explore the modes and effects of interactivity, looking to make digital experiences where meaningful and creative interaction can occur. Their work has been shown at numerous festivals, including Ars Electronica. This video documents their February 2011 show at Tenderpixel.

The 3rd Tenderflix experimental film festival took place from July 24 to 30, 2010. Selected 2010 filmmakers were: Paul Burt, Sara Bjarland, Matthew Mackisack, Theo Tagholm, Assaf Hayut, Roman Rappak, Marnie Hollande, Robyn Woolston, Derville Quigley, Ro Rao, Giovanni Scarfini, Yvonne Buchheim, Tom Badley, Holly Stevenson, Ninja Miori, Emma Passmore, Tony Hickson, Bret Battey, Sam Firth, Vron Harris, Marjan Laaper, Kate Rowles, and John Youssef. This trailer was created by Diego Ivan Calderon Martinez. Viva la cinema!

Quebec artists Victoria Stanton and Christian Richer invited passersby to bring an object to which to they felt an emotional attachment to and sketch individual and comparative interpretations of the precious object in question. Christian recorded, and transformed these conversations into atmospheric tape loops, and presented an audio portrait of the exhibition.

BAFTA winning video artist Tal Rosner created an immersive 7-video channel installation at Tenderpixel: Family Tree deals with personal recollections and the perception of memory re-learnt, interlacing performance and moving image.

Eric Ayotte and Etan Ilfeld's first collaboration BREAKING POINT explores the meta and microcosmic synthesis of computer-creativity, mathematics, optics, art history and painting.

As part of INK Illustration's Invisible Library Exhibition, Real Fits hosted an evening of music with strong literary reference, curated by Keiran Leonard. Artists including Carl Barat, Babyshambles' Drew McConnell and The Bluetones' Mark Morriss played a one-off free show at Tenderpixel Gallery. The acts performed tracks from their own back catalogues that have been particularly influenced by literature.


Ink Collective is making their Invisible Library, literally invisible. We loved their renditions of imaginary books (i.e. books that are mentioned in books but don't really exist).
